Customer's reviews
I’ve always had a great service from Cromwell Garage. The expertise of the technicians is fantastic in finding the root causes of difficult issues, and their straightforward honesty is compelling.
Faults found are clear and obvious, and where no fault is evident despite the query, they always point this out.
Prices for both servicing and repair is always value.
I strongly recommend this garage for anyone, and especially those who are uncertain in finding a garage to choose.

I recently had an MOT done at Cromwell garage and the experience was exceptional. The mechanics identified a suspension fault during the test, which they clearly explained and showed me in person. They provided a detailed quote and proposed a repair date, giving me the flexibility to decide later without pressure. They even reserved a slot for me on the suggested date, which I greatly appreciated.
After calling to confirm, the repair was scheduled promptly, the work was completed to a high standard, and my car passed the MOT with no additional charges. Throughout the process, every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and welcoming. I couldn’t fault the service and will definitely return for any future needs. Highly recommended!

This garage was recommended to me by my neighbours. I have never had my MOT or car servicing done anywhere other than a dealership before, but I decided to give this garage a try.
I’m very impressed with their service. The prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly and professional, and there’s no pressure or unnecessary upselling—just straightforward, reliable service.
If you live nearby, I 100% recommend this garage for your car servicing and MOT.
