I recently had an MOT done at Cromwell garage and the experience was exceptional. The mechanics identified a suspension fault during the test, which they clearly explained and showed me in person. They provided a detailed quote and proposed a repair date, giving me the flexibility to decide later without pressure. They even reserved a slot for me on the suggested date, which I greatly appreciated. Was recommended to go to Cromwell Garage years ago when a main dealer quoted £6000 for a new gearbox. Went to get a second opinion from Jim at Cromwell Garage which was the gearbox was fine. I needed a new wheel bearing which cost £100! Have used Cromwell Garage ever since for all our family’s cars and have no hesitation recommending him to friends.
